For orders placed before 12PM AEDT Monday-Friday, we endeavour to process the same business day. 
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched next business day.
 
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Shippit with tracking details and an estimated date of delivery. You will receive another notification when the parcel is on-board for delivery.
During sale periods, we aim to ship all orders ASAP however due to unpredictable increased order volumes, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed.

AUSTRALIA

We use shipping platform Shippit for all orders. This allows us to choose the fastest shipping method available and provides full visibility & tracking notification via email and text.

 

Free standard shipping orders over $130.

Standard Shipping orders under $130 for a $9.99 fee. 

Express Shipping orders under $130 for a $14.99 fee. 

Express Shipping orders over $130 for a $12.99 fee.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer international shipping to New Zealand & Japan. As we grow we'll continue to add more international destinations and work towards lower shipping rates.

Most international orders are shipped from Australia with DHL EXPRESS.

International customers may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate to the product and shipping cost and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer choses not to pay duties on import and the parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a full refund when the parcel is received. The refund for the value of the goods purchased will be less any and all return costs occurred.

 
 

 

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options within 30 days from sale date with all tags attached, items unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in original packaging.


STORE CREDIT

If you want to exchange an item or simply want to return your items for a credit note, you can do so by lodging your return via the link below and choose the store credit option. After approval simply head to your nearest post office or preferred courier and ship the parcel back to us (we encourage opting for tracked shipping). Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse you'll receive a credit note, issued as an online gift card for you to enter upon checkout during your next order.


REFUND

If you prefer a direct refund via your original payment method you can choose this option for full-priced items that are returned within 30 days from sale date. Simply lodge your return via the link below and choose the refund option. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at hello@worship-supplies.com. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item, unless the items are deemed faulty. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping.
