Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options within 30 days from sale date with all tags attached, items unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in original packaging.
STORE CREDIT
If you want to exchange an item or simply want to return your items for a credit note, you can do so by lodging your return via the link below and choose the store credit option. After approval simply head to your nearest post office or preferred courier and ship the parcel back to us (we encourage opting for tracked shipping). Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse you'll receive a credit note, issued as an online gift card for you to enter upon checkout during your next order.
REFUND
If you prefer a direct refund via your original payment method you can choose this option for full-priced items that are returned within 30 days from sale date. Simply lodge your return via the link below and choose the refund option. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at hello@worship-supplies.com. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item, unless the items are deemed faulty. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping.
